“NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given to all interested persons, that: the City Council of the City of Weir will be holding a Public Hearing for the following; Zoning change request from Cody Brown, on the recently platted 1 acre (from 5.841 acres) boarding Wilkie Lane and situated South of County Road 194. 1 acre property is located at 102 Wilkie Lane Georgetown, Texas 78626 from SF-5 (single family district, minimum 5 acre residential lot, no greater than 1 unit per 5 acres) to I-1 (light industrial district, non-nuisance type located in relative proximity to residential and B-1 business areas, limited to certain wholesale, jobbing, and warehouse uses and certain specialized manufacturing and research uses of a type which will not create nuisance).
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Weir, Texas on the 13th day of January, 2022, at 7:00 pm in the City Council Chambers of City Hall of the City of Weir, Texas, for all persons interested in the above proposed zoning changes.
At said time and place such persons shall have the right to appear and be heard. Of all said matters and things, all interested persons in matters and things herein mentioned will take notice.
