NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given to all interested persons, that: the City Council of the City of Weir will be holding a Public Hearing for the following; (1) Zoning change request from Jose Alfredo Roman Reyes and Velia Roman, on 4.6 acres boarding N. Towns Mill Road and situated South of Wilkie Lane. 4.6 acre property is located at 247 N. Towns Mill Road Georgetown, Texas 78626 from SF-2 (single family district, 2 acre lots) to SF-1 (single family district, 1 acre lots).
A Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Weir, Texas on the 13th day of May, 2021, at 7:00 pm in the City Council Chambers of City Hall of the City of Weir, Texas, for all persons interested in the above proposed zoning changes.
At said time and place such persons shall have the right to appear and be heard. Of all said matters and things, all interested persons in matters and things herein mentioned will take notice.
