Mayor Alber Walther with Weir’s first Mayor, Mervin Walker, honoring him with this beautiful plaque for the land he donated so our City could have a Community Center.  We also want to thank Council Member Ken Neans for his donation of land.  Plaque will be located at our Community Center, 375 FM 1105, in the future.
