Opportunities for Williamson and Burnet Counties (OWBC) provides Head Start and Early Head Start services to low-income families i need in our two-county area.  Head Start’s purpose is to ensure young children, ages 0-5, are prepared to be successful in kindergarten and beyond.  Head Start also assists the paretns, who actively work towards self-sufficiency and independence for their families.  See WOTYC Presss Release below for more info.
