Texas A&M AgriLife Extension to Host “Cooking Well with Diabetes” Series
WHAT: Cooking Well with Diabetes, 4-Part Cooking School

WHEN: Wednesdays, 10 am – Noon, on June 8, 15, 22, and 29
HOW MUCH: $35 for all 4 classes
Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service is hosting the “Cooking Well with Diabetes” series of classes. This 4-part, hands-on course includes basic nutrition education to help you plan meals and prepare food for yourself and other people living with diabetes. You will receive a cookbook with over 25 recipes that will help you cook well for diabetes, and you’ll prepare and taste some of them too! You can register on our website, williamson.agrilife.org. Class size is limited, so don’t delay!
